The Lulalab Work Readiness Training Programme was proudly funded by the Dell Foundation, enabling the research, development, and implementation of a curriculum tailored specifically to the needs of South African youth. With a project budget of R10 million, the programme equipped 10,000 young South Africans with the critical skills needed to thrive in the workplace. As a result of this impactful initiative, 4,000 youth were successfully placed into meaningful job opportunities—marking a significant step forward in tackling youth unemployment in the country.
