Momentum Metropolitan Foundation

Through this impactful initiative, 80 young people from predominantly rural and peri-urban areas were placed into work opportunities across a diverse range of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

A total of 29 SMEs, varying in size, each hosted between one and ten interns, significantly boosting their operational capacity and supporting business growth through the added human resources.

As a testament to the success of the programme, approximately 50–60% of the participants secured permanent employment—either being retained by their host companies or successfully finding job opportunities elsewhere.
